These are photos from 10/15/11. First my friend’s and I went out to eat at Pizza King, then we headed off to the Haunted Trail! Coolest place ever! After we went to go get picked up by our parents. There is QUITE a few goofy photos of my friends and I. Enjoy.

The Surprise..

(Should have been written: October 19, 2010) Alright so we start of with our regular routine, ok? And guess what? to my surprise my mom said… “Have a great day.” as we dropped her off at Vera. And I replied… “Doubt it.” And we started laughing. So we dropped mom off, and to what I thought my dad was going to go park in our usual spot. But we ended up driving, and driving, and driving. On, and on, mile by mile, green light by green light, when finally asked, “Where are we going?” and dad replies, “It’s a surprise.” “okay.” I said going back to listening music off of YouTube on my phone. So we get there after a while, and I finally find out were at the Grove. Cool! So we start heading to the Barnes and Noble at the Grove, and I asked.. “Why didn’t we just go to the Americana’s Barnes and Noble?” Because it literally looked EXACTLY like the one we’re used to. But then the answer spoke over the speakers for all to hear. Announcing: “The line for Hilary Duff is now calling A and B, on the third flour, A and B on the third floor.” (A and B later to find out, were on the wristbands. So whenever you bought Hilary’s book, Elixir, you’d get a wristband that had a letter on it to put you in line alphabetically). So, I started asking frantically, “will she really be here?! Do you think we’ll get to see her? Is she here now?” We went up the escalators to the third floor as we were told. And after asking, and getting lost, we finally made it to the Main Cashier place were the books were being held. So we got the book, and the wristbands, then we headed off to go entertain ourselves while we waited. I, of course, went grabbed a Harry Potter. So we sat for a while and waited for my wristband’s letter H to go over the speakers. Finally the time had come for me to get in line! I was so excited! But I wasn’t to nervous. Which was a plus. So we got in line and waited for a while till we heard tons of excited fans near the front where she entered. Then as anyone would have guessed… someone let out an excited bellow from not to far ahead of dad and I. Then someone else from farther behind followed their gesture. She. Was. Here. Alas! She had come! I assumed she had sat down in the back because we saw hundreds of flashing camera lights coming from the far end of the room. Dad and I giggled at the thought of me eventually becoming famous and looking back on this moment where I was going to see Hilary Duff. My mind ventured as my feet started to to become sore, and my stomach had started to growl… might I add that the line hadn’t even started to move yet. We moved.. inch, by inch, by inch. Till we were soooooo close! I couldn’t fathom that I was so close! I started to recite what I was going to say to her when she signed my new Elixir book: Hi, I’m Allyson Jones! (Saying the whole name is extremely important) Then I’d tell her I liked her hat.. Next, I’d tell her my friend Courtney said hi. (Told her Courtney’s full name too. Always important). So, I kept repeating these things in my head, trying to shorten then by saying just a few words that way I’d remember them better. Okay, Hello, Hat, Courtney, Hello, Hat, Courtney. And this repeated for a few minutes till I got two yards away from her.

I was so close!! I got out my camera, and waited till I got in a good spot, and she was modeled in the photo nicely too. Here is the picture I got of her smiling while taking a pic with a fan. The line edged forward, as more and more people got to get to this wonderful spot where I was. She wrote, and wrote, and wrote, and we waited and waited, patiently at least I was trying to. And I started to get more and more nervous about meeting the ever-loved, Hilary Duff. I loved her when I was a little girl, when she was from Lizzie McGuire. (I hope I spelled that correct lol). Then I finally got to the front of the line, and the security guard checked for my wristband, and told me to wait at the front of the line. A lady took the book I purchased, and opened up to the correct page for Hilary to sign. The guy in front of me left, and it was my turn. I walked up to the table and said “Hi.” And of course she returned it. I told her I liked her hat, and at the same time she asked for my name, so I told her my full name. (As you’ve learned earlier in this lesson, it is very important to use your whole name). Then I told her my friend Courtney says hi! And she laughed and replied: “Well, tell Courtney I said hi back.” We took a picture, and she said, “it was nice to meet you.” And I replied the same. And I walked away wanted more book signing from Hilary Duff.

Driving into Malibu!

Yesterday my parent’s had decided to take a drive down into Malibu, and go get some dinner at a new place called: Neptune’s Net. So, since it’s pretty close to the ocean. I decided (very smart of me I know) to put on layers. It was an enjoyable trip we had, except for that fact that my stomach was growling before I got in the car. Lol. So we drove, and drove, and drove, till we just had to make a pitstop. That’s when my dad found a Starbucks, and behind the wonderfully smelling Starbucks was and adorable little Surf Shop! (Mom took pictures of course). And then behind that! Was a too-cute Malibu Garden Shop! (I’m pretty sure thats what it was called). It had tons of colorful flags out front. I’m assuming to be noticed behind Starbucks. Back to the story. We walked inside the Starbucks to go to the restroom, and it wouldn’t open. That’s when my dad looked at the sign above the handle. Saying stuff about why you can’t get into the restroom, because you need to make a purchase and then use the receipt to punch in the number onto the keypad that was just above the handle. We went up to the counter to buy something, and I spotted it. It was absolutely delicious looking! I bought a BIG rice crispy bar! With marshmallows! Wow! And it was delicious! We finished up, and went back to the car bringing the aroma (and the half eaten crispy bar, thanks to dad) to mom. Alrighty! We were on the road again! And this time, my stomach felt a smidgen better. (Don’t worry, don’t worry, mom got a bite of the crispy bar too). It seemed as though we’d be driving forever! Until, we.. made it! But, then of course, there were some complications. No dog allowed in the restaurant, or on patio. WHAT?? Chill out it’s okay.. So mom and I decided to stay in the car with the bye-bye-lover (Dixie, our Chihuahua). Dad came back with his Mexican Coke, and my RootBeer! Mama and me sat merrily for sometime, then it started to become annoying with the long waiting. And my attitude about this was not in anyway, affected by the fact that I kept falling of the ledges in Monkey Ball. (A application for gaming devices). Food had arrived! And from my hungry stomach, anything would have been delicious. But this seriously was. I split a meal with mom, (meaning cut the big veggie bugger in half with a plastic fork). We had veggie burgers, and french fries, my parent’s got some union rings too. Oh! And we picniced in the car. It was quite fun. I enjoyed myself immensely! I put my iPhone at a position to watch one of my all-time-favorite movies! Tommy Boy! My parents listened from the front seat while we ate. And we parked in front of the ocean! It was beautiful what you could see of it this dark. it would have probably been pitch black if there weren’t any lights. So we ate, and I laughed really hard occasionally at a funny scene in the movie. Gets me every time. After our meal, we did the video, in the wind! It was quite cold. And headed back to the car to go home. The.. End!

First of all, AAAAHHHHHH! I’m so excited! Were getting the decorations tomorrow. And my mom is also making the cake! (I think she’s making it tomorrow, or tomorrow’s tomorrow he he I love saying that! ). Anyway back to the important stuff like… well, um, Here I’ll give you a pic of something. My dog! She’s a Chihuahua, her name is Dixie. She’s so freaking cute!

I’m about to explode, burst or pop! I am so impatient. But spending time with a friend today to get my mind off of my party, and because I miss her. But anyway I have a pic for you of my B-day dress. Here you go. My aunt fixed the bottom of the dress where the frills are. I think it’s awesome! Now I just want to explain the christmas tree in the background. I know I’m crazy but I love Christmas so I decided to keep my tree up until February 20, my actual birthday. I’ll post pics of my party on the My 13′th Birthday page so that you guys can see what It’ll look like. The actress has left the building. Love Allyson.

Eleven Days Left!

I’m extremely excited about my birthday now. I’m inviting like forty guests! Including family and friends. I’m terribly excited though. My mom says it will turn out great! Hopefully the snow will stop and I’ll be more hopeful. But I have all my invites ready and mailed besides two. Were doing pretty good on time. And next Tuesday Me, Mom, and our friends: Shannon and her daughter, Allison are going to pick up the decorations from our friends, (they do tons of cool special occasions at our church for woman, and I started to go, and a few more girls have come. But anyway we all became friends so she allowed us to use the decor from the church stuff). Well I’m going to go entertain myself on this snowy day. Cya! Love Allyson.

I’m turning thirteen!

Hi guys! I haven’t decided about a story yet but I have been thinking about my thirteenth birthday a whole bunch! I’m turning thirteen on February 20. And my theme is going to be royal and magical! NOT like the Disney princesses. No I’m doing a romantic type theme. With colors like wine red, dark blue, and dark purple. It’s going to be so cool. I’ll do what I can to post pics of it. And of course I’m going to dress up! I’m wearing a very pretty pink dress that is floor length! It was given to me by my aunt, sort of like a hand me down. It needs a few repairs but then it will look stupendous! Wish me luck on my birthday that everything goes great! Love Allyson.
